FIRSTLY I need to say how wonderful Shelly and Alice were in getting me set up there. This would be a five star review across-the-board if it weren’t for the following: despite me reserving the unit well in advance to lock in a $56/mo rate (I even called the day before I travelled to Danville to confirm they had my reservation/that rate)… when I got there I was informed they didn’t have the unit at that cost, but rather the same exact sized unit would actually be $64 (???!!!) a month!… and there was nothing they could do to change the price to honor the original reservation. FURTHERMORE it turned out that I was ALSO required to purchase $14 a month in rental insurance which was a cost I was not previously made aware of. ALSO the promise of first two months free wasn’t entirely true as a partial month counts against the two months free. So instead of two months free I for something closer to 1.66 months free. So I was a little disappointed with all that to say the least. Kind of surprised and shocked actually, but at that point, despite my best efforts to lock this in and confirm it all ahead of time, I had no choice, but to pay all this extra money that was not part of my original decision-making process in renting this unit. But at that point I had no choice, but to accept it. Basically, I walked in that door expecting to pay $53 a month and instead am paying $78 a month (more if you count that partial “free month” I’m missing out on. Disappointing and felt very much like a bait and switch, to be honest with you, especially as I initially already had a unit in consideration elsewhere for $75 a month!

It's in a nice location and clean and sanitary and they lend help with bugs n rodents. They also supplied me with a lock. I will recommend Sparefoot to many ppl in my area. The service ppl are very nice and helpful. Thank you.

The Customer Service at this facility is non-existent. I started out by renting a lot to park my RV. Website advertises how the facility is well lit and has cameras. My RV was vandalized twice and when I informed the facility they said it was between me and the Police. Final straw for me was when I rented a storage locker and paid my bill in person and two weeks later I came to access my unit and found a red lock on it to prevent me from getting in. When I asked about it I was told that I had to sign and update my lease. I had a truck rented and people hired to help unload my stuff and even though my bill was paid, I had to lose all that money because of a paperwork issue. I called corporate office and they couldn't care less. They gave me an email address to complain too and they didn't even bother to answer my email. If I pay my bill then I expect to have access to my locker. You can find storage places in town with a lot better customer service than this. I would tread lightly if you plan on doing business with these people. Not customer friendly at all.

When I go I never can remember my storage units number.. Yes! every time I go I have to produce me licence. The people who run it are very helpful, the place is secure, and very clean. I wish it was a little cheaper then it is. I found more units cheaper but this one was the best for me..
